Instagram is testing a new feature among its beta tester users, which has been released by Instagram and is called “Blend Feature.” This feature is going to be quite unique and will be quite interesting for those Instagram users who are very connected with their friends, so let’s learn about this feature and how it works exactly.

How does the Instagram Blend feature work?

Instagram Blend feature will basically combine the reel and post suggestions activities of a group of people, and in this, whatever users will be added to your Blend group, whoever’s reel post they see will be suggested to the other users as well and the user can see due to which friend’s activity these suggestions are getting him to see the post. And this blend feature user can try with his one friend as well or if he wants, with a group of people as well.

In the Blend feature, posts get updated daily and the user can check the daily new update.

How to use the Instagram Blend feature?

To use the Blend feature, the user has to follow these steps.

1. Open the chat of the friend with whom you want to use the Blend feature.
2. To the right of his/her name, you will find a new option for the Blend feature, tap on it.
3. Then select Invite Only in the Blend feature.
4. And invite that friend of yours to join the Blend activity.
5. As soon as he/she joins the blend, after this your and your friend’s activity will get mixed and both friends will suggest each other’s posts.

What are the problems with the Blend feature?

• If a user joins a blended group, it is possible that he may be shown content that he does not like or the post may not be appropriate.
• There may be issues in user experience, as the user may be shown posts that he does not like.
